Public performance rights

What “screening rights” means.

A home copy is for watching at home. Public performance rights let you show the film to a group: a class, a campus screening, a library event.

Both licenses cover free screenings where no admission is charged. For a ticketed event, a festival or a screening open to the wider public, email us for a one-off screening license.

The study guide

Ready for the classroom.

  • A one-minute listening exercise for before the screening
  • Six key ideas, each with discussion questions
  • Vocabulary
  • A scene guide with timecodes
  • Activities and projects
  • Further reading
  • The full transcript, with timecodes
